This extended first session is designed for people dealing with pain, tension, injury, or complex, unresolved symptoms, especially when the cause isn’t clear or other approaches haven’t worked.

Rather than chasing symptoms, I use a precise, system-based method called Fascial Counterstrain to identify and address the underlying patterns driving dysfunction. This work focuses on how the nervous system and body hold protective patterns related to chronic stress, injury, repetitive strain, past illness, or trauma—whether recent or long-standing.

The 2-hour format allows time to take a thorough history, assess contributing systems, apply targeted, gentle techniques, and reassess in real time to create meaningful change.

This is not a quick fix or a standard session. It’s an opportunity to do deeper, more precise work than shorter sessions allow. Many clients notice changes in tension, mobility, pain, or function during or shortly after the session. More importantly, this creates a foundation for continued progress. Most clients begin here, then transition into shorter follow-up sessions based on their needs.

This introductory rate is offered to support new clients in getting enough time on the table to fully experience the work.

60min Session

These sessions are designed to continue building on the work established in your initial visit or regular sessions with a focus on refining patterns, improving function, and supporting ongoing progress.

Using Fascial Counterstrain, I assess how the nervous system and body are holding protective patterns related to stress, injury, repetitive strain, illness, or trauma. Treatment is precise, gentle, and guided by how your body has adapted over time—including lasting changes from prior sessions as well as responses to stress, activity, or injury.

Sessions typically include reassessment, targeted treatment, and real-time adjustments based on how your system responds.

For most clients, 60-minute sessions work well for ongoing care when done consistently. More complex or long-standing issues may benefit from longer sessions to allow for a deeper and more comprehensive approach.

75min Session

2 hrs$180

This session allows for more time to assess and address multiple contributing factors, making it a strong option for those with more persistent or layered symptoms, or for clients who want to make more progress in a single visit after their initial session.

This session allows for a more comprehensive approach, making it well-suited for complex, long-standing, or multi-system presentations, as well as for clients who want to make more substantial progress in each visit.

For clients working through more involved or persistent issues, 90 minutes often provides the time needed to address multiple layers more completely within a single session. Highly complex cases or those seeking the deepest level of work may benefit from longer sessions.

This session offers the most comprehensive approach, allowing time to assess and address complex, long-standing, or multi-system patterns in a more complete and integrated way.

This format is especially beneficial for complex or persistent conditions, or when a more comprehensive session is needed to make meaningful progress without time constraints.
